Welcome to Newcastle United Direct online club shop. We have a wide range of products for you to buy, all of which are official club merchandise, and available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our aim is to make sure that ordering items from Newcastle United Direct is as easy as possible

Searching and ordering

  • Browse by category
  • Choose selected items available on home page
  • Choose products from each category
  • Enter details of products in the search box situated in the top right corner
  • Email product links to friends and family
  • Choose quantity from drop down menu
  • Choose your size from the drop down menu
  • Click on buy button
  • View product in My Basket
  • Choose continue to shop or checkout
  • Proceed to Checkout Entry page once all items are chosen
  • Enter email address and password if you are already registered with Newcastle United Direct.
  • If you are not registered, please enter your correct details by clicking on Register, which is situated in the register new customer box

    3. require the rectification, erasure or blocking of any of your personal information which is inaccurate or not up to date held by us.

    4. When does this Privacy Policy not apply?
    This Privacy Policy only applies to the collection of data by us and the use of that data by us and those whom we authorise. It does not cover third party sites to which we provide links, nor does it cover advertisers and content partners within our service who may also collect your personal information.     Nufc.co.uk ltd is firmly committed to data security. When you place orders or access your account information, we offer use of a secure server. The secure server software encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. We take steps to guard against unauthorised access to customer data. Although we make every effort to create a secure environment for your personal information, we cannot guarantee the safety of any personal information which you transmit to us online.

    Delivery times
    At Newcastle United Direct we're proud to offer a fast, efficient and hassle-free delivery service. Choose which items you want to buy and decide where you'd like them sent, and we'll take care of everything, making sure your items are carefully packaged and arrive as quickly as possible.

    *Please note we cannot deliver to a PO Box address.

    Please ensure your email address is valid as an email will be automatically generated once your order has been despatched from us. Should you not receive your order within 7 days from this email please contact us on the details below.

    And because you can store any number of different addresses in the "My Account" page, your package can be delivered to wherever is most convenient to you (all parcels must be signed for) - so don't forget to decide whether you'd like your items delivered to your home or work address. If your goods are not delivered within the timescales below please contact the mail order hotline on 0845 206 1892, or by email to shopunited@nufc.co.uk quoting your order number. All deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 7.30am and 6pm (excluding bank holidays) and must be signed for.

    Kit Launch Delivery Terms and Conditions

    The Estimated date of delivery of orders received by us on or before 18th July 2008 will be processed for Launch day Delivery (Mainland UK only). However, delivery may be delayed in the unlikely event of courier failure.

    Please note a ' working day ' is Monday - Friday between 7.30am and 6pm but excludes any public holiday or bank holiday.

    If any of your items arrive damaged or the packaging is damaged you must report this to NUFC Direct on 0845 206 1892 or by email to orderqueries@nufc.co.uk within 24 hours of the order being delivered (please include your order number).

    For deliveries made to Europe and the Rest of the World, when duty is charged by customs on goods entering your country this is the customer's responsibility, unfortunately Newcastle Direct cannot be held responsible for these costs.

    If you require goods to be re-directed once dispatched from our warehouse you may be charged an additional carriage fee.

    Payment options
    Once you've browsed our club shop and decided which items you want to buy, you can choose from a range of credit and debit card payment options to suit you.

    We accept Visa, Delta, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron and Solo.

    In addition, you can relax in the knowledge that your details are safe with us - none of our customers have reported fraudulent use of a credit or debit card as a result of purchases made with us.

    We also take signed cheques from the UK only. These must be UK Sterling cheques only - NO EURO CHEQUES. All cheques are to be made payable to Newcastle United Direct Ltd (all cheques must have the customer's name and address on the reverse along with your cheque guarantee card number and expiry date). We also accept Postal Orders and bankers drafts.

    Refunds and Exchange
    If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us within 2 weeks of receipt in an unworn/unused condition for a full refund or exchange. We are unable to exchange or refund customised printed shirts or accept responsibility if a player leaves the club or changes his squad number. Personalised shirts may only be returned if faulty, unsuitable sizes cannot be returned. Please note we cannot exchange or refund any underwear, earrings or belly bars unless they are faulted.     We would advise that you send the goods by special delivery as Newcastle United Direct cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post. Postal charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods returned are faulty. Postal charges for the return of exchanges are charged as shown in the help section along with the delivery guidelines; every effort is made to ensure that product prices, description and carriage charges outlined are correct.

    Cancellation of order
    You may cancel your order for goods at any time up to the 7th working day after you receive the goods, unless your goods have been personalised in any way. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling your order and you can cancel orders by contacting us. Once you have notified Newcastle United Direct that you are cancelling your order, any sum debited from your credit card will be recredited when we receive the goods into our returns department, and, in any event, within 30 days of the cancellation, provided you return the goods in the original condition, Newcastle United Direct will make any other refunds to payment card. Cheque or Bankers Draft orders will be refunded by cheque.

    Stock Availability
    Occasionally, some items may be temporarily out of stock or sell out due to unprecedented demand. Where possible these items will be removed from the website, where possible we will offer alternative items on customer approval. If this is not possible, we will hold the order until all of the items become available. If any items have been discontinued we will endeavour to offer an alternative, wherever possible.

    Every effort has been made to ensure that the colour representation of items shown is as accurately as possible, however colours on the website may vary slightly from actual product colour - please read product description.
